Returns
You may return unused and undamaged items within 5 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanged items.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
